Sunday School for ages 3 - Grade 4 Saturday at 4:00 PM
Sunday School is a Christ-centered educational program, held before worship, focusing on teaching Bible stories, Lutheran doctrine, and the Law/Gospel. Sunday School is an educational time for all ages to study God’s Word, hear both Law and Gospel, and come together to more deeply understand our faith in Jesus. Sunday School is considered a vital part of our congregation’s Children's Ministry, aiming to pass on the faith to the next generation.
Grades 5 - 6 Confirmation Wednesday at 3:00 PM (school early at 1:45 PM)
5th and 6th-grade confirmation provides foundational Christian instruction, typically using Luther's Small Catechism with Explanation and Bible narrative overviews. The program prepares youth for public confession of faith (in 8th grade) by focusing on the Ten Commandments, Creed, Lord's Prayer, and Sacraments. Classes often involve memory work, sermon reports, and family participation.
Grades 7 - 8 Confirmation Saturday at 4:00 PM
7th and 8th grade confirmation is an intensive program focusing on instructing youth in the Christian faith based on Luther's Small Catechism, pastor-led classes. Bible study, memory work, sermon reports, and service projects, concluding with a public confession of faith and first communion.
Vacation Bible School (VBS)
Summer week day Christ-centered educational program, focusing on teaching Bible stories, Lutheran doctrine, and the Law and Gospel. VBS is educational time for ages pre-school through 6th Grade. Held when public school is not in session. June or August.

LUTHERAN YOUTH FELLOWSHIP (LYF)
7-12 Grade youth come for a time of Bible Study, fellowship, and fun at our youth group meetings! There will be various activities and event opportunities for youth and families to participate in throughout the year. Keep an eye on the Youth events section below for latest events! Also, found on Announcements page under "News" tab at the top of the website.
Our 7-12 grade youth meets the second Wednesday of the month Sept-May at 7pm except during the Advent and Lenten seasons, when Trinity Midweek Services are at 7pm Wednesday evenings. During these months check the church bulletin for youth group meeting times and dates. Our next Youth Meeting in December is TBD.
Location: Redeemer Lutheran Church, Willmar, MN.
